Rapidshare happy hours is the period of time when Rapidshare allows you to download a file without you having to go through their CAPTCHA.(the annoying Rapidshare 'Cats').
The extension checks Rapidshare at regular intervals for happy hours and would display a message to inform the user whenever Happy hours are active.
The extension doesn't have any user interface and hence it wouldn't show up anywhere in Firefox. It works in the background and would display a message whenever happy hours are active.This add-on is compatible with Firefox 1.5 – 2.0

Youtube Viewer - Firefox extension for Watching YouTube video

Youtube Viewer is an add-on for Firefox that allows you to watch your favorite YouTube videos directly without going to YouTube site. The working is simple after installation; launch it by going to Tools – YouTube Viewer. Type the search terms in the “Search for” text field and press Search button. The list of matching videos will be populated in the list box on the left. Select a video and press ENTER or double click on it. The video is loaded in the Video panel. Even though this add-on is an experimental one, its working is fine.
Installation:
1. Download and save it on your computer.
2. Start Firefox – select ‘File menu’ – select ‘Open File’ and open the saved Youtube Viewer file
A Software Installation dialog will appear. Select Install Now to start the installation.
3. The Extension Manager will appear, and the extension will be displayed. Restart Firefox to complete the installation. The Firefox Extension has now been installed

Bookmarkpreview add Cover flow view to Firefox bookmarks

Bookmark Previews adds an album view or cover flow view to Firefox bookmarks as shown in Apple Leopard operating system for viewing browsing files. If you saved websites as bookmarks for future reference, this extension will create a small snapshot of it. This will be used to show a Cover Flow-like interface for flipping through your bookmarks when you open up your bookmark manager.This extension will works in both Firefox 2 and Firefox 3, although it may act a little different between Firefox versions because each has a separate book marking system.. When you first start you will be able to have the extension create previews for you in the background. You can also perform this task later by Choosing 'File>Create Previews' in the Bookmarks Organizer. Monitor bandwidth usage of BSNL DataOne Broadband

DataFox is a Firefox add-on that checks your bandwidth usage of BSNL DataOne and MTNL TriBand broadband internet connection. The progress bar gives you an idea of the amount of bandwidth from your monthly limit already consumed thus control your usage.

The importance of this extension is that you need not take time every day to log in to the usage site to know your bandwidth usage, just click on a button that will show the relevant info in your status bar.

‘DataFox works by obtaining usage information directly from the BSNL / MTNL usage site, it does not monitor your network in any way, so usage details probably won't change until you logout of DataOne / TriBand and log back in again. BSNL users may want to use the Override default domain option in the login dialog in case the BSNL server you are being directed to is not responding. MTNL users, if the usage server is down, DataFox will not be able to fetch any usage records.

Firefox add-on for YouTube

YouPlayer is a Firefox add-on that will let you play YouTube videos in a special sidebar. You can add name and URL of the video link in the play list of YouPlayer by copy-paste from YouTube. When you double-click on it, it will be shown in the video window.

You may drag a link to a browser window or right-click it and open in a new tab. You may also bookmark other links, but only YouTube links will be shown in the video window.
