There are many good programs available for download as a trial version but they expired with in a specified time period and we want to purchase it for continued use. Most of them are based on system time, local time, or system time as file time. So re installations of software dose not allow resetting the time. There are different ways to alter Trial-time programs like change of date in the bios and / or the operating system, creating backups using like Ghost, using key generator or crack and the like. All are uncomfortable, not very practical and illegal?
