Clockmaker is a very simple icon generator based on Adobe integrated runtime (AIR). This icon generator creates only two types of icon - Photoshop CS3 icons and popular Web2.0 star icon. And the icon is generated in PNG format; you may require other services to convert it to another format such as ICO. However you can select any color for the icon.
To install Clockmaker icon generator, you required to install Adobe AIR on your computer. Download and install it from here (12Mb) if you don’t have it. Then download the icon generator from here (545Kb) and install it as normal software.
