Symantec has recently introduced a security tool - Norton Safe Web, from which we can identify a website’s safety before you visit. It identifies whether the site is malicious with fraudulent page, malware, distribute spam or endanger to the system. Such malicious web sites try to deceive you, steal your credit card numbers or passwords, or even crash your computer.
Norton Web Safe is similar to McAfee Site Advisor and the latest Opera 9.5 browser protection against malware. Norton Safe Web is a new reputation service from Symantec. It analyzes Web sites to see how they will affect you and your computer. Then, using the Norton Toolbar installed on your PC, let you know how safe a particular Web site might be before you view it.More details and download
