How can you rename more than one file at a time?

When you download photos from internet or from your camera they have unrecognizable names. You can rename several similar file at once. The following procedure will tell you how it .This will work with any file type. Open the folder contains your files. Select all file by clicking CTL+A, and rename it. Type the new name; for example Holiday. The first will be named Holiday and the subsequent files in the series will be named Holiday 1, Holiday 2 and so on. To specify the starting number for the series, type it in parenthesis after the new file name, and the files in the series will be numbered in sequence starting with the number you typed.
