Flash Video Resources Downloader is an extension to Firefox like the old Video Downloader that allows you to download video that you’re watching. This utility Works with YouTube, AOL Video, DailyMotion, FileCabinet, Google Video MetaCafe, MySpaceTV and other 43 video sites.
This extension adds to the status bar of Firefox a small blue icon. When you enter a video site like YouTube and want to download the video you are watching, simply click on the icon. A new tab opens in which you can view the URL of the video and a download button. Click the button "Get Video" to download.(source)
