Canon has announced a high-end 10-megapixel digital SLR- the EOS-1 D Mark III which can take clearer photos in dim light. The CMOS has bigger micro lenses over each picture element, which can record more light from the object.
The EOS-1D Mark III can deliver 10 frames per second at 10.1 Mega pixels for a maximum burst of 110 Large JPEG images.
Canon introduced its first live-view LCD screen on a digital SLR with Mark III. This will give users the ability to compose shots in the camera's 3-inch LCD view screen as well as the optical eyepiece. The camera is compatible with USB 2.0 and includes the EOS Integrated Cleaning System which vibrates for 3.5 seconds to clean off dust.
